How do you access my accounting information?

With accountant access through your bookkeeping software I get my own profile with read only access. There is no money movement and any work I do is recorded. Same goes for your bank and credit card accounts! You'll provide me with read-only access so I can view your transaction details and statements.

What type of businesses do you work with?

Service, trade, and non-profit

What bookkeeping software do you work with?

Xero is my preferred software. I work and am certified in Quickbooks in addition to Xero, and am familiar with most bookkeeping softwares. I understand that businesses have different needs that different softwares can accommodate.

What does it look like to work together?

During onboarding more constant communication is required as we set everything up. For bookkeeping cleanups, the timeline of work depends on how rapid the communication is. After the set up or clean up, we will transfer to monthly communication through email and Voxer as the work becomes more routine. It’s easiest to communicate on Voxer, a free walkie talkie app where we can send voice messages—because accounting isn't always so easy to understand via email. We will also utilize a portal for monthly reports and files.

I believe being busy is a blessing.
